Wild Wellness: Helping you live

The art of living wildly is for those that want to explore their internal and external world, to feel what it means to truly be alive.
When we spend time in nature - our bodies gain vitality and our minds calm. This is through regulating the nervous system, connecting to the cardan rhythm (sleep wake cycle), breathing oxygen and listening to the earths hum - mostly it brings us back to our human nature, our life force.
We understand feeling wildly alive is a necessity to live well - and we want to go on this journey with you, offering a range of well-being service, from yoga classes, sound baths, naturopathic therapy to retreats.

Wild Wellness offers whole body health to regulate the nervous system and come back into homeostasis, with somatic movement, sound therapy and inner alchemy.
Wild Wellness is in Somerset (Glastonbury) with Danielle, offers a range of services including yoga classes, sound baths, workshops, and retreats to enhance wellness and promote co-regulation.
Danielle guides you through wellbeing alchemy with holistic practices to strengthen your sense of self and regulate your nervous system and bring you back into balance and harmony (either in class, workshops or on retreats), using nature, movement and sound.
The nervous system is not only responsible for our physical and mental health, when regulated it can also liberate us! So we become less reactive and more active, making conscientious decisions that benefit our WHOLE being.
She is a qualified Educational Teacher, Yoga Teacher and certified Holistic Naturopath, living in Glastonbury.
Danielle has lived in many different locations, including Portugal, Bali and Sri Lanka. To gain a deeper understanding of both Eastern and Western (Ayurveda and Celtic) wellness practices.
Now, she is able to hold space and guide others to optimise their wellbeing, through movement, sound and grounding down to nature, which creates positive impact.
